Windsurfing: West Shore Llandudno Wind Direction: NW Wind Stength: F6 Surf / Sea State: Smooth chop and waves Air Temperature: 18 Sea Temperature: 14.9 Weather: Sun Max Speed: Distance Covered:
Went as soon as I reckoned sea was deep enough over banks as wind forecast
to decrease later. Looked windy so loads of downhaul on 6m Just about kept
upwind, think due to small fin and strength of currents over banks. After a
couple of runs released downhaul a bit and water a bit deeper so no problem
getting upwind.. Chop quite well spaced so made it interesting then waves
formed over banks and good to gybe off with a few backside rides. Good fun
blasting, and for first time I had a bigger sail than Rik, so I must have
had too much downhaul. Great fun in warm sunshine,
